Where do you register a car in Knoxville?

Question about Knoxville: Where do i go to register a new (to me) used car?

Can I buy a car and reigister it if I am an international student at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, as long as I have an International Drivers Permit?

You need the County Clerk's Office to get this taken care of. Since you're at UT, you'll want to go to the Old Courthouse location in Downtown Knoxville.

My recommendation would be to call them during their business hours (8-4:30) at 865.215.3223 before you go so you know exactly what you need to do before you get there. They should have a fairly straightforward solution for you.
