Hello! I'm writing from the Mighty Mud Studios, which has supported artists' studios here for three years throught the help of Campbell's Ceramic Supply. That business is relocating, and so we are thinking of turning ithis place into a studio co-op. There would be one person to manage (collect rent/advertise) but the rest would be artists. WE NEED MORE ARTISTS TO RENT SPACE! We are looking for new renters after the New Year.
We have 6,000 sq feet, bathroom, utility sink, parking lot, gallery, 24 hour access, concrete floors, bay doors, and a loading dock. Utilities would be included in rent, which would range from $120-150 a month, depending on space (some studios are split between two people to cut costs). Most of our studios are 10 x 10 but there has been talk of building a few larger ones to accomodate specific needs.
If you haven't already been by please come check it out. We are open to the public Tues-Sat 10am-5pm. We are located at 2444 Sutherland Ave in the back of the building. (Across from the John Tarleton Park/Animal Shelter)

PS-We currently have 14 artists here, including ceramic artists, a jewlry maker, two painters, a mixed media artist, and a sculptor.
