Ahhh, for the love of chips, salsa and margaritas!

There are many decent Mexican restaurants in Knoxville, some good ones, and some very good ones. I've eaten in many of them – if not most.

The growth in popularity of Mexican restaurants is at least due in part to the growing Hispanic population in Knoxville. And there's no doubt that we can attribute the high quality of the best of the Mexican restaurants in Knoxville to our new citizens and neighbors who know the culture well, and pay homage to it with great food.
