Kid's Business: Need Help

Kidstormer Question: I used to sell Christmas cards for part non-profit like Unisef, and some profit for me. I am searching for this for my kids. Really important please help.

KnoxvilleBusiness.com Answer: I'm not aware of a good company for selling Christmas Cards to raise money for charity and make a little profit at the same time.

My suggestion would be to have your kids start making their own Christmas Cards now - let them come up with some designs that they like, maybe with a holiday phrase or Bible verse written in their hand. When they have about a dozen good designs to work with, then you can start shopping around for a good place to color copy the cards.

Once you've got the copies made, have your kids pick one favorite charity to give part of the proceeds to, set the price they need to charge to make a net profit on selling the cards and the percentage that they'll give to charity, and let them keep the rest of the profit.
