Jun Kaneko Sculpture at Knox Art

On view ceramic sculptures from one of America's leading artists. Omaha, Nebraska-based sculptor presents rounded shapes weighing up to 1,000 pounds, colossal heads, and oval plates. Kaneko's works have been described by Peter Voulkos, as"... an amazing synthesis of painting and sculpture..."

Display runs from August 24, 2007 through November 11, 2007 at Knox Art, 1050 World's Fair Park, Knoxville, TN 37916. Tuesday-Thursday 10am- 5pm; Friday 10am- 8pm; Saturday 10am - 5pm; Sunday 1pm - 5pm (Closed Mondays; Free Admission Tuesdays)
