My Favorite Italian Restaurants in Knoxville

First up has to be Naples Italian Restaurant. It's been in Knoxville forever. It was one of mine and my wife's first dates, and there are probably thousands of Knoxville couples who could say the same. Romantic Atmosphere, good food, nice wines...a special place.

Savelli's Italian Restaurant & Catering is another great choice. Bring your own wine, and enjoy the small, mom and pop atmosphere. It feels like you're eating with family!

The Pasta Trio is a newer option located in Knoxville's Old City. They've got great desserts, and if you like live music, you're in the thick of it in the Old City. Grab a bite and catch a great live act - another great date restaurant!

If you're far out west, check out Italian Market & Grill. They've got a full bar, good food, and they're another popular long-time staple of the Knoxville restaurant community.
