Business for Kids: Make Pen and Pencil Holders

Kid's can make pen and pencil holders by covering empty canned food cans with decorative paper such as gift wrap or wallpaper remnants. There is virtually no overhead - just pay for the glue.

An enterprising child whose parents have a nice computer, digital camera and good printer at home can even take pictures of other people's children, home, garden, dog, cat, etc., and put those on the pen and pencil covers too.

For best effect, glue a colored craft paper or gift wrap on the inside of the can, too.
