A drummer needed

Hello,

I am in need desperate, desperate need for some help. Music is my life and my world and I do not know what I will do if things do not go as I see them. I belong to a band along with 2 of my best friends, we used to have a drummer but he was flaky and always waited until the last minute to call us and say that he couldn't make it. When your so passionate about music it is hard to be patient and wait for a person to make room for the band. I've tried everything fliers, random questioning, I even clipped a wanted sign on my nametag at work. Nothing seems to work NOTHING... Is it just me or are drummers unreliable people? I believe so. I wish someone can step up and prove me wrong. I am a senior in high school and I feel that time is ticking away and the oppurtunity is slipping away. Please Help me
